• Control rooms / dispatch centres / monitoring hubs where many lines, many contacts, video + audio + paging capabilities are needed.

⚠️ Considerations / Things to Check

• This is not a typical desk-phone for a simple user with one or two lines. The touchscreen, many programmable keys, mic/PA features make it better suited for heavy usage.

• For full features (video calls, monitoring, paging) you’ll need compatible SIP infrastructure, network bandwidth (for video) and perhaps provisioning/management tools.

• Although the WiFi and Bluetooth are included, best reliability will come from wired gigabit + PoE.

• The Android environment means you may need to consider security updates, app-management, and provisioning.

• Ensure your SIP platform supports all the advanced features (video calls H.264, paging, large key-map, etc).
